In mid-May 2024, Managing Director Markus Portuné attended the two-day conference for PES to find out together with the management and other service partners how customer service can be improved. In addition to communication, fast response times and customer satisfaction, digitization was of course a top priority. Of course, in addition to the administrative tasks, the technical questions relating to the Variomat, Reflexomat and Servitec were also addressed and discussed in more detail. Over dinner together, the service partners in the DACH region got to know each other better. Of course, the Reflex products were the number 1 topic of conversation here too. An all-round successful event.
