Welding technology

We develop and supply systems, specialised machinery and components for resistance welding technology. In addition to sales, this includes the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery, as well as service and support during operation.

Roll-seam machines

Our disc welding machines for resistance welding enable metals to be joined through a series of welding processes generated by copper alloy electrodes. With our longitudinal and transverse seam roll welding machines, it is possible to weld watertight cylindrical containers such as fire extinguishers, radiators, tanks, filters and various similar products to the highest quality standards.

For special requirements, 3-phase DC or medium-frequency (1000 Hz) seam welding machines can also be supplied. The medium-frequency seam welding machines enable high-quality welds at very high welding speeds. They are ideal for welding thin sheets and filter meshes with minimal material distortion.

Spot welding machines

We supply spot welding machines from P.E.I.-Point Srl. We also work with other manufacturers. Please let us know what you require; we will make it happen.

Spot welding guns

Our PN series spot welding guns are available with either an integrated or external control system, depending on the model. The S1 synchronous welding control system is used with the PN 4 and PN 6 models. From the PN 8 model upwards, the PX1600 digital welding control system is used. We also offer the option of converting to a control system from HIE.

Electrodes / Electrode caps

We supply a wide range of electrodes, electrode caps, electrode holders and more. You can find our full range in our electrode catalogue. We can also supply small quantities at very competitive prices. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll find the right electrode for you!

Control systems

In the field of control systems, we work with the leading manufacturers of microprocessor-based control systems for welding technology. Welding parameters can also be recorded with great precision, ensuring the highest possible quality for every single weld.
