Internal relocation (fixed price!)

PES – Portuné Engineering Service GmbH relocated welding cells internally for a well-known supplier to the automotive industry. The service was carried out completely and included the following individual items:

• Planning taking into account the client's production deadlines
• Data backup of the higher-level PLC and the robots
• Creation of reference positions of the robots
• Move the robot into transport position
• Dismantling and internal transport
• Installation and reassembly including provision of fasteners
• Media feed modification
• PLC communication test
• Re-teaching positions
• Program and process optimization
• Billing of robot programs
• Sweat test
• Test run – support until production is ready

Thanks to the experienced assembly team, we were able to hand over the systems on time. Even the limited space and storage conditions posed no problems for us. Due to the satisfaction with the implementation and the complete service offered, further systems will follow shortly.
